Paloma

Glassware – Highball (salted rim)

Garnish- Grapefruit slice

Ice – 6-8 cubes

Method:

  1. Add ice cubes to the highball glass. Pour 60ml of the Paloma mix & 50ml of Tequila on ice.
  2. Fill the glass with soda & give it a nice stir.
  3. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
  4. For mocktail, pour 60ml of Paloma mix over ice & add soda 

Spiced coriander margarita

Glassware – Martini (Chilled)

Garnish- Coriander Leaves

Ice - 10 cubes

Equipment - Cocktail Shaker

Method:

  1. In the shaker add ice, 60ml of the Spiced Margarita mix with 50ml or Tequila or Vodka
  2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Pour the drink in the chilled glass. Garnish with Fresh Coriander.
  4. For mocktail, add 60ml of Spiced Margarita mix & ice in shaker. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds & pour it in the glass & enjoy

 

Gin Basil Smash

Glassware - Old fashioned

Ice- 8-10 Cubes

Garnish- Basil leaves

Equipment - Cocktail Shaker

Method: -

  1. In the shaker add ice, 60 ml of the Basil Smash mix & 60 ml of gin
  2. Shake vigorously for 8-10 secs.
  3. Pour the drink in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  4. For mocktail, pour 60ml of Basil Smash mix over 8-10 ice cubes in a glass. Stir & garnish to enjoy. 

Penicillin

Glassware - Old fashioned

Ice- 10 Cubes

Garnish- Smokey Whisky

Equipment - Cocktail Shaker

Method: 

  1. In the shaker add ice, 60ml of the Penicillin mix & 50ml of blended scotch whisky.
  2. Shake Well for 10 seconds. Pour the drink in an old-fashioned glass
  3. Splash 10 ml of smokey whisky & give it a stir
  4. For mocktail, pour 60ml of Penicillin mix over 6-8 ice cubes in a glass. Stir & enjoy.

 

Appletini

Glassware - Highball

Ice- 10 Cubes

Garnish- Thyme

Equipment - Cocktail Shaker

Method:

  1. In the shaker add ice, 60ml of the Appletini mix, 45 ml of Vodka & shake for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Pour in a Highball glass & add ginger ale to fill the glass
  3. Garnish with some fresh Thyme
  4. For mocktail, add 60ml of Appletini mix over 8-10 ice cubes in a glass. Add ginger ale, stir & enjoy. 

 

Espresso Martini

Glassware – Martini (Chilled)

Ice- 10 Cubes

Garnish- Coffee Bean

Equipment - Cocktail Shaker

Method:

  1. In the shaker, add Ice, 60 ml of the Espresso Martini mix and 50ml of dark rum or Vodka
  2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
  3. Pour into the chilled martini glass and garnish with coffee bean
  4. For mocktail, add 60ml of Espresso Martini in a shaker with Ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Pour in a chilled glass and enjoy
